Week 2 tracker

The 2nd week of the tracker is done and with the addition of 2 members we have some good numbers.

In Group A, MC leads the group again putting up 90 minutes increasing her completed goal to 18.3%, up 8.3% from last week. Joe is close behind logging 39 miles last week to bring him to 12.3% of his goal. Backman is sitting at 11.5% of his goal after putting in 165 minutes last week. Betsy almost doubled her mileage from last week putting in 4 miles, but is still behind pace for her goal of 100 miles. Jeff is our lone slug once again this week logging zero miles. He will try to get on a treadmill this week due to his sensitivity to the cold ;-)

In Group B, Kelly leads the group with 13.5% of her goal completed after swimming 164 laps last week. Mike is in a close second at 11.3% of his 120 mile goal after logging 7 miles last week. Sherry put in 95 minutes last week for her first official week with the club, which puts her at 9.6% of her 990 minute goal. This also makes her the gold star winner of the week!!! No report from Zuleyma but her previous week she logged 90min.

Tracker Week 1 2012

The first week of the fitness tracker is over and we have some good numbers for the week!.


In group A, MC leads the pack with 10% of her goal of 1,080 minutes completed logging 108 minutes. Behind her is Backman who logged 330 minutes which puts him at 7.6% of his 4,320 minute goal. Joe put up 34 miles last week to put him at 5.7% of his 595 mile goal. And Betsy ran 2.5 miles last week of her 100 mile goal. Jeff did not do anything last week and is our 1st Slug of 2012!!


In Group B we have some newcomers that joined the club mid last week so Sherry and Zuleyma do not have a report. Welcome to the club and we hope you work hard to meet your goals! Kelly, our lone swimmer due to her injury, swam 160 laps last week to put her at 6.7% of her 2400 lap goal. Salvioli ran 6.5 miles of his 120 mile goal last week to bring him to 5.4% of his goal.

Hopefully everyone will stay on track this week with their goals and will get in the best shape of their lives in 2012!!!!!
